1. About RideShare

RideShare is a carpooling platform connecting drivers and passengers for shared rides. We are not a taxi or transportation service — we provide a platform for cost-sharing between private individuals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Drivers must have a valid driving license and insurance.

3. Booking & Payment

A token booking fee of ₹25 is charged online to confirm your seat. The remaining ride amount is paid directly to the driver in cash/UPI at the time of the ride.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 6+ hours before ride: Full token fee refunded
• Less than 6 hours: No refund
• Driver cancels: Full refund

5. Safety

RideShare is not responsible for accidents or incidents during the ride. Always verify profiles and ratings before travelling.
